Clearview’s staff of approximately thirty-five employees encompasses a wide range of specialties and responsibilities all dedicated to meeting the specific recovery needs of each client.

The clinical staff consists of seven counselors, six of whom hold a masters degree. With offices located in the residential halls, these dedicated professionals conduct individual and group counseling sessions.

The center also employs an addictionologist, psychologist, nurse practitioner and a full time nurse. These healthcare professionals provide psychiatric and medical treatment whenever necessary.

The administrative and support staff provide the necessary framework that undergirds the clinical staff’s work on a 24/7 basis.

Charles Bush, Program Manager, oversees the entire facility and its operations. Mr. Bush has directed the recovery program for 20 years.

Dawn Clark, Residential Coordinator, is in charge of daily operations. Ms. Clark has served in various capacities with Clearview Recovery since 1986.

Kim McKinnon, Referral Coordinator, serves as a liaison for referrals and assists with admissions. Ms. McKinnon has served in the field of addiction for over a decade.

Tiffany Deer, Administrative Assistant, manages Clearview’s business operations. Ms. Deer has served in the field of addiction for ten years.
