Clearview Ranks Highest in Referral Satisfaction

Clearview achieved the highest level of satisfaction among those who refer clients for care in Mental Health Corporations of America’s (MHCA) 2008 satisfaction surveys.  Of all MHCA members who participated in the survey, Clearview’s referral sources ranked them the highest in areas such as client access, communication, procedures, service, outcome and financial.  This is the third time Clearview has won a Best Practices award.  In 2004, Clearview achieved Best Practices in the area of Residential Services; in 2006, Best Practices for Referrals. Clearview was one of twelve MHCA organizations that received recognition for providing excellent service.
